1. PURPOSE OF SERVICES

The Circle of Life Total Wellness provides holistic wellness services, including:

  • Bioresonance scans (in-person and remote)
  • Detoxification programs
  • Nutritional guidance
  • Custom meal planning
  • Remote frequency generation
  • Hydrogen therapy
  • Consultations

Our services are designed for educational and wellness purposes only.

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.
All clients should consult licensed healthcare professionals regarding medical concerns.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be:

  • 18 years or older
  • Legally capable of entering binding agreements
  • Providing accurate and truthful information

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including inappropriate behavior or misuse of services.

3. CONSULTATIONS & APPOINTMENTS

3.1 Consultation Requirement

Most services require a 30-minute virtual consultation prior to scheduling.

3.2 Bioresonance Consultation Fee

The consultation fee is $75, which is applied toward your first qualifying wellness service.

3.3 Scheduling & Availability

All appointment dates and times are subject to availability.
You will receive confirmation once your appointment is accepted.

3.4 Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

4. PAYMENT & BILLING

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect previously paid bookings.

We do not accept insurance and do not provide insurance billing codes.

5. REMOTE SERVICES & SAMPLE HANDLING

5.1 Sample Submission

Certain services require a fingernail or toenail sample.
Clients are responsible for properly mailing samples to the address provided.

5.2 Sample Storage

If you choose for us to maintain your sample on file for future services, it will be securely and individually stored.
 If not, it will be securely discarded.

5.3 No Unauthorized Testing

We do not perform any additional testing or analysis beyond what is required for your selected service.

6. DISCLAIMER OF MEDICAL CLAIMS

Our services are intended to support overall wellness, energetic balance, and lifestyle insight.
We do not:

  • Diagnose medical conditions
  • Treat or cure illness
  • Provide medical advice
  • Replace care from licensed healthcare professionals

All clients are encouraged to consult a medical professional before making changes to their health routines.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Circle of Life Total Wellness is not liable for:

  • Any damages resulting from use or inability to use our services
  • Losses arising from reliance on wellness recommendations
  • Third-party website interactions
  • Issues arising from client misuse of services or failure to follow guidelines

Your use of our services is voluntary and at your own discretion.

8. WEBSITE USE

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Upload harmful code
  • Reproduce or exploit website content (text, branding, or media) without permission

No refunds will be issued in cases of policy violation or misconduct.
